Counseling is not about becoming someone different.

It is about becoming more fully yourself.

There is room for you here.

Maybe you are feeling stuck.

Maybe you are finding your way through a transition, a loss, or a new chapter.

Maybe you have spent a long time figuring out how to navigate a world that does not always seem designed with you in mind.

Maybe you have learned to make yourself smaller, quieter, easier, or more understandable for the comfort of others.

You do not have to do that here.

Here, you can take a breath. You can be curious. You can bring the parts of yourself that feel easy to share, and the parts that are a little harder to explain.

You can bring your whole, authentic, wonderful self.

Whatever brings you to counseling, you do not have to have the right words or have everything figured out. Take a look around, learn a little about how I work, and see whether Spaces Between feels like a place where you can feel understood, accepted, and a little more at home in yourself.
